Position Overview:
The Advertising Research Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the advertising and marketing initiatives of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of current advertising strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to define advertising objectives, target audience profiles, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and other research methods to collect data for advertising research purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Advertising Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of advertising principles, market research methodologies, and consumer behavior.
